Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of defender Micheal Ampadu ahead of the 2023/24 season.
Ampadu joins Phobians as a free agent after leaving Legon Cities at the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
The departure of defenders Robert Addo Sowah, Konadu Yiadom, Caleb Amankwa means Hearts needed replacements and Ampadu’s acquisition is a good step.
The experienced defender SI the fifth signing for the Phobians after Rafael Amponsah, Evans Adomako, Martin Karikari, Leventus Arthur and Kelvin Osey Asibey.
Ampadu played for Liberty Professionals from 2016-2022 before joining Legon Cities for the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season.
