Elmina Sharks closing in on deal to sign young defender Mathew Tanoe Kwofie

Elmina Sharks are on the verge of signing young defender Mathew Tanoe Kwofie ahead of the new season, Domesticsportsgh.com can confirm.

The 21-year old left back will be joining the Central Region based club on a permanent deal as a free agent.

Tanoe Kwofie was a key member of the Unistar Academy squad in the 2019/20 Division One League campaign when he was playing on loan from Karela United.

Tanoe Kwofie is currently training with the Former Premier League side and officially included in the 30-man squad selected by the technical team.

The talented defender has previously played for Karela United, Basake Holy Stars and Nzema Kotoko.
