The stallions of Mali were Victorious on Tuesday night after beating South Africa 2-0 in a group D game played in Korhogo.
Hamari Traore gave Mali 1-0 lead in the 60th minute after tapping home Koita’s free kick which hit the bar.
Sinayoko also took perfect through ball in stride as he bursts into the South Africa box. He shrugs off the challenge of a defender before toeing the ball past the keeper and into the far side of the goal to register Malians second goal.
The last time they did score at least twice in an AFCON match was in a 2-2 draw against Morocco in the 2013 group stages.
