The head coach of Egyptian National team Rui Victoria believes his side deserved the three maximum points against the Black Stars of Ghana.
He revealed this after his side drew 2-2 with the Black Stars of Ghana in a crucial Group B encounter with both Nations needing a win after largely disappointing in their opening games at the continental tournament.
” Ghana is a super fantastic team, but my team deserves all the maximum points, we played better than them in the second half”.
Egypt plays Cape Verde in the next round of the matches, a win for the Pharaohs will qualify them to the round of 16 stage of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations underway in Cote D’Ivoire.
