The 2024 Ellembelle MP’s Community Football competition produced exciting results at the final stage of Zone 2.
On Friday 9, 2024, Kambungli community won their zonal group after beating Esiama, Ampain and Azuleloanu to progress to the main tournament in October.
In the second week of the competition, Zone 2 also produced an exciting atmosphere following superb performances from Asemko community who won the zone after picking up all possible points against Asanda, Bobrama, Ankobra and Kikam.
The competition continue this week in Zone 3, where defending Champions Teleku Bokazo expected to replicate their feat against Anwia, Aluku, Salman and Nkroful.
The competition follows predominantly in the Asasetre Zones and will conclude the final zone in September with communities from Awiebo, Aiyinase, Atuabo, Middle Belt and Aiyinase North.
The main tournament will be staged at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park/ AAK Arena in October.
