Basake Holy Stars new head coach Abdulai Gazale, says their special Memorial friendly against Medeama was a valuable chance to access his players before the season kicks off.
The Nzema based club defeated Medeama SC to win Apinto Cup at the new renovated T&A Park in Tarkwa.
Ahead of the new season, Abdulai Gazale shared with the club’s media team, ” I think it’s good for us because it has helped the team to integrate well both old and new players.
“It has also gave us a technical team and management, a fair idea of these players individually and what we need to do before the league commences.
Basake Holy Stars will open their Ghana Premier League campaign in an away game against Accra Hearts of Oak.
