Ghanaian youngster David Oduro has expressed his eagerness to break into the FC Barcelona first team.
The 18-year-old fullback secured a move to the club after having trials with the Catalonian club.
Speaking to Sporty TV regarding his move, Oduro revealed his admiration for the Spanish giants as he eyes a place in the first team.
“This is the time for me to work hard, this is not the time to sleep. I have to work extra hard to be able to play in the first team.
The aim is to play in the first team, the Champions League and then also for the Ghana national team,” he said.
Oduro, though also having had trials at Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen, will be playing with the reserve side of the club in the Primera Federacion.
