Defender Kamaradini Mamudu opened the scoring for Medeama in the 58th minute, but Holy Stars quickly responded, equalizing through Issah Yakubu just two minutes later.
However, Medeama’s Diawisie Taylor secured victory with a brilliant long-range effort in the 65th minute, earning his side their third straight win of the season.
