The 2025 SWAG, (Sports Writers Association of Ghana ) awards is set to be a landmark event with key figures from both politics and Ghanaian sports confirming their attendance.
President John Mahama and Sports Minister designate Kofi Adams are among the high-profile dignitaries expected to grace the awards night, according to SWAG Secretary, Charles Osei Asibey.
The night will also feature a musical performance by Ghanaian artist Fameye, ensuring a vibrant and memorable atmosphere for the prestigious awards ceremony.
The awards ceremony, scheduled to take place on Friday, January 24, 2025 at the Accra International Conference Center, will recognize and celebrate the outstanding achievements of Ghanaian Sports personalities and teams in the 2024 year under review.
