The Ampain based club are having a poor campaign in the 2024/25 Division One League with just 11 points from the possible 39.

However, since the appointment of the new technical directorate led by Stephen Abugri, the club has seen a significant impact on the field of play, grabing 7 points from their previous 5 games.

In an exclusive interview with West End Radio monitored by Domesticsportsgh.com, Abugri revealed he is capable of changing nzema kotoko destiny from the bad form to good form.

” I was doing well with Soccer Intellectuals, We were 4th on the league log but mysteriously resigned to join a club which is struggling for survival, that’s insane, but I believe I was called specially from the heaven to save this club from relegation, I have done some before and you should remember I am the only coach that has coached all the three nzema bound clubs ( Medeama, Karela and Holy Stars) and now Nzema kotoko”, he said.

Coach Stephen Abugri

” We can do the work with help of our supporters and the almighty God who brought me here, Let’s all come on board and I believe we can have a successful story in the end, and I repeat Nzema kotoko will rise again to avoid relegation, Isha Allah”, he added.

Stephen Abugri’s Nzema kotoko will play Asekem Beposu on Saturday in the matchweek 14 at Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli Sports Arena, Ampain.
