Thieves have raided the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park in Nzema Aiyinase and made away with lighting, plumbing and building materials, Domesticsportsgh.com can exclusively report.
Although, the club have commenced investigations into a case of several thefts that has happened at the stadium.
According to an eye witness reports on West End Radio monitored by Domesticsportsgh.com, the thieves broke the window glasses to steal airflow aluminium louver and glasses that have been installed around the dressing room.

The report also explained that, they have ransacked some rooms and do away with bathroom equipment and electrical cables.
Human faeces were also found on the walls and corridors of the VIP stand.
“It’s very sad here, the doors, windows and roofing have been ransacked and stolen by some thieves, the press room, dressing room and the VIP corridors have now become a public toilet facility, and sadly they are stealing the stalled (carpet turf) and seat at the stadium and that’s should become worry to us ” Stephen Quaicoe told West End Radio.

Crosby Awuah Memorial Park which is the home grounds of Ghana Premier League side, Basake Holy Stars, was closed for renovations in November 2024.
