Asante Kotoko have reportedly begun talks with Samartex coach Christopher Ennin to take over the coaching job following the departure of Prosper Nartey Ogum.
The Kumasi-based club, parted ways with Prosper Nartey Ogum after series of discussion regarding his poor run of results.

In their last four games, the club has recorded two draws and two defeats in the top-flight, sparking a lot of concerns among the club leadership and fans, and that resulted the sacking of coach Prosper Ogum.
Asante Kotoko is now looking for his replacement and are said to have opened talks with Chris Ennin, who is currently the head coach of Samartex 1996.
