Petro de Luanda have been crowned champions of the 2024/25 Angolan Girabola for the fourth consecutive title and 19th in their overall history.
Julinho’s goal secured the all-important victory to take the champions their tally to 65 points, five ahead of second-placed Wiliete FC on the 16-club league log.

However, the Football Federation has officially awarded Petro De Luanda $32,715 ( 30m Angola Kwanzas) as the prize money for winning the league.

It was the club legend and former Palacans Negras captain Flávio da Silva who guided the team to its sixteen title after being in charge of just four games since replacing Richard Chieu earlier this month.
