“We truly deserve to be champions” – Rudolf Mensah on All Blacks qualification

Swedru All Blacks inform striker Rudolf Mensah believes they ‘truly deserve’ to be Division One League Zone Two winners after they confirmed their return to the Ghana’s top-flight football after 16 years.

All Blacks’ rampant 3-0 win against New Edubiase at Swedru Stadium was enough for the Ozii Ozaa lads to seal the league with a game to spare.

“Of course, it is special, it is something we have waited for a long time, and today was amazing, thank God we have made it this time after 16 years wait,” He spoke in an interview after the 3-0 victory over New Edubiase.

“There were a lot of emotions before the game during the whole week, but we got the job done and we truly deserve to be champions”.

Swedru All Blacks will climax their impressive season with an away game against Pac Academy next Sunday.
