West African Football Academy and Kpetoe Diamond F.C. will play in the grand finale of the Volta/Oti regional division two middle league at the Youth Resource Centre in Adaklu on Sunday, 15th of June, for a place in next season’s Access Bank Division One Zone Three League.
Both teams topped their respective groups in the ongoing Volta/Oti regional division two middle league currently happening in Ho. Kpetoe Diamond FC were flawless in their three group games as they emphatically destroyed all three opponents put before them in the group stages.
They picked up all nine maximum points at stake to qualify for the final on top of the group. WAFA had to navigate a tough group in order to qualify for the grand finale with seven points.
Winning two and drawing one in the process. Sunday will pair together two interesting teams that are cut out to play free-flowing attacking football in a 4-3-3 formation with variations of 3-4-3 and 4-4-2.
This promises to be a blockbuster as both teams will go for the ultimate prize in the Volta regional capital. Fans are to behave themselves no matter the results on the day so we can have a good climax to the weeklong tournament.
