Fabian Ruiz and probably the best midfielder in the world, Vitinha, scored the first half of the goals in the first 45 minutes of the game, while Mayulu and Kang Lee netted the other half in the second 45 minutes.

The other biggest club in Madrid, Atletico, struggled throughout the match, failing to create enough meaningful chances, and even Clement Lenglet received his marching orders late in the game.

Earlier in the day at Cincinnati, Ohio, Bayern Munich completely made a mockery of Australian football with the 10-0 lynching of Auckland City.

Jamal Musiala bagged a hat-trick with Kingsley Coman, Michael Olise, and Thomas Mueller recording a brace each. Sacha Boey scored his first goal for the German champions to add to the score line.
