Official: Bibiani GoldStars announce signing of Emmanuel Kontor on 3-year deal

Reigning Ghana Premier League champions, Bibiani GoldStars has officially announced the signing of midfielder Emmanuel Kontor from Nations FC on a three year deal.

Kontor played for Young Apostles in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League on loan from Nations FC.

The young midfielder is expected to bolster GoldStars’ setup ahead of the upcoming Ghana Football Season.

Kontor becomes the third signing of Bibiani GoldStars since the 2024/25 football season ended.

They have also recruited Sefwi All Stars midfielder Barimah Baah and Holy Stars’ winger Emmanuel Adjei as part of efforts to strengthen their squad for the next football season.

The club hopes to put together a formidable squad that can compete in their maiden CAF Champions League Cup while fighting to retain the Ghana Premier League title during the 2025/26 football campaign.
