Ghanaian clubs will discover their preliminary round opponents for the 2025/26 CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
The draw, according to CAF, will take place in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Bibiani Gold Stars and Asante Kotoko will represent Ghana, with Bibiani Gold Stars competing in the Champions League and Asante Kotoko in the Confederation Cup.
Both clubs will be aiming to break Ghana’s long continental drought. Hearts of Oak remain the only Ghanaian club to have won the CAF Champions League (2000) and the CAF Confederation Cup (2004) in recent times. Since then, no Ghanaian side has lifted either title.
