CK Akonnor must not repeat mistakes made in the past – Ex Black Stars forward Prince Polley
Former Black Stars striker Prince Polley, has adviced Black Stars coach, CK Akonnor not to replicate mistakes that seen Ghana missed out on the AFCON title since 1982.

The former Kotoko Star was part of Ghana’s 1992 AFCON squad in Senegal.
According to him in an interview with Happy FM in Accra, deep rooted factions in the camp were one of the major reasons that led to the team’s inability to win the trophy.
Polley,also revealed that the Captaincy issues in the camp also affected the Black Stars and it is one area and major step CK must check in other to ensure the current team doesn’t suffer the same fate.
“I will advice CK Akonnor to learn from all that has happened in the past ” he told Happy Fm
