Richard Boadu targets revenge over Karela
Ahead of Western derby, Medeama SC enterprising midfielder Richard Boadu says they are aiming to revenge the 2-0 away loss to Karela United in the first round of the Ghana Premier League for the reverse fixture at Akoon Park on Saturday.
Having dropped a massive points against Inter Allies, the Tarkwa-based club are desperate to pick all the maximum points from the Aiyinase-based club.
“We all know is a big game we are playing against Karela United tomorrow, our team is very Optimistic of Winning, this game is for our supporters on Saturday”
He added that, due to pressure from their fans over poor runs of games, they are taking this games serious and nothing will stop them for wining.
“Karela United will fall here, they scored us two unanswered goals so we are going to beat them as a revenge, he told Kumasi-based Gye Nyame Fm.
Medeama host Karela United on Saturday at the Akoon park in week 28 of the Ghana Premier league, the game which has been tagged as the biggest game in the Western Region is expected to be fireworks due to the current states of the both technical handlers.
