CONFIRMED: Shaibu Iddrisu mutually part ways with Karela United
Karela United left-back Shaibu Iddrisu have unanimously parted ways with the Ghana Premier League outfits ahead of the 2021/22 football season, Domesticsportsgh.com can report.
The hardworking defender joined Karela United in the 2019-2020 Ghana football season which was annulled due to the high rate of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Although he was a regular starter at the club, it is reported that the youngster is not happy about the club management.
Shaibu, 21, has been a consistent figure for the Nzema-Aiyinasi based club since the departure of Patrick Oppong Yeboah.
His performance at that position, displaced the likes of Mohammed Abubakar, Godfred Adotey and Matthew Tanoe Kofi, with the later been shipped on loan to Unistar Academy in Zone II of the National Division One League.
Sources suggest that a couple of top-flight clubs have express interest to secure the services of Shaibu Iddrisu.
