Division Two: Koforidua Suhyen through to middle league finals
Six unanswered goals in the first half ensured Koforidua Suhyen Sporting Club (KSSC) thrashed Tallons FC 7-2 to progress to the middle league finals.
KSSC who look destined to miss out on a place in the finals following their defeat to Warriors last weekend needed to win and hope Fotobiman FC do them a favour and beat Great Warriors.
Warriors assumed top spot of the table following the victory and were confident of making the finals, however, they were beaten 4-0 defeat by Fotobiman FC.
While they lost, KSSC made light work of Tallons and the win guaranteed them qualification. The games were played simultaneously at Dawu and the Mampong park respectively.
Following their Lackluster performance against the Warriors, coach Oppong made four changes to the side that lost last weekend.
Chibsah (three goals), Baba Fuseini (two goals) and one each from Nelson and Frederick Twumasi was enough to seal an historic place in the middle-league finals for KSSC.
