Hearts of Oak midfielder Benjamin Afutu could join Libyan giants Al Ahli Tripoli to continue his career, according to Kumasi-based Light FM.
The midfielder contract with the Phobians has expired and is yet to sign a new deal with the Ghanaian giants.
He was instrumental for the club in the 2020/21 season as the rainbow boys clinched double.
Hearts of Oak won both the league and the MTN FA Cup titles respectively.
According to Kumasi-based Light FM, Al Ahli Tripoli have tabled a $15,000 to sign the Ghanaian midfielder.
But it is unknown whether Afutu will extend his contract with Hearts of Oak or depart for greener pastures.
