Mallam Yahaya reveals why he accepted the assistant coaching role at Karela United.
Former Black stars Midfielder, Mallam Yahaya has revealed his reasons on the acceptance of the assistant job at Karela United.
The soft spoken coach was appointed as the assistant coach of the club last month along with head coach Evans Adotey,following the exits of Enos Adepah and Felix Tamakloe after a poor run of performances in the premier league.
Speaking on West End Radio Hard Tackle Sports,Mallam Yahaya said he took the right decision to be the assistant manager due to the love he has for the late Karela boss Senator Brigidi and the good people of Nzema.
” I was so happy when I was appointed,i have a special love for both Senator and Nzema fans ” Mallam told West End Radio.
“We are working as Professionals and this is the club I want to help with all my heart because of Senator ” he added.
Mallam Yahaya left good legacy with Nzema Kotoko in 2016 and 2017 national Division one league season.
