West Africa Football Academy captain Konadu Yiadom has lamented over his side’s inability to beat Hearts of Oak in matchday 2 of the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians held the Academy boys to a 1-1 draw at the WAFA park in Sogakope on Friday.
Reacting after the game on his Twitter account, the player tweeted:
“Not really the best results we wanted at home against @HeartsOfOakGH but losing would have been worse. We’ll keep pushing and improving. @WAFAcademySC to the top ✊??? https://t.co/3VWUzvid1A”
WAFA are still unbeaten at home to Hearts of Oak in 9 league games.
