Asante Kotoko coach, Prosper Nartey Ogum has said his team was given a tough test in the Ghana Premier League against Karela United.
The Passioners hosted the Porcupines for their third home game at the famous Crosby Awuah Memorial Park on matchday five of the ongoing Ghana Premier League Season.
The 10-man Kotoko after Richard Boadu was sent off in the 63rd Minutes of the game, held Karela to a pulsating goalless draw despite the home team totally dominance.
But Prosper Nartey in his post match conference has admitted that they had a very strong opposition in Karela United.
‘It was very good game, without any other options than to strengthen our defensive department to salvage a draw”.
” I think they gave us a tough test after Agada’s red card, not easy to win here” he admitted.
Asante Kotoko currently top of the league with 13 points after 5 games and still unbeaten.
