Nigeria Football Federation President Amaju Melvin Pinnick says he expects Ghana to put up a real challenge for the World Cup playoff.
The Super Green eagles produced excellent performance in the group stages of the Africa Cup of Nations despite their early exit.
But with the early exits of the two sides from the competition, Amaju is anticipating a tough task in Ghana’s game.
” It will be tough contest, Ghana is big football nation when it comes to Africa, but in football you can never be too certain” he told Ghana’s Sports Journalists Samuel Enyan in Yaounde.
” The clash will be competitive and we must admit Black Stars have good players and they will put up a challenge.”
What’s is most important is we find that chemistry that led us all the way to this stage” he added.
The Black Stars will face Nigeria in March in a 2022 FIFA World Cup playoff tie for a place at Qatar.
