The entire playing body of Karela United has been given a 7-day break in the ongoing season,Domesticsportsgh com can exclusively report.
The Karela players as well as their technical team would therefore spend the next one week, resting after the first round of the Ghana Premier League season which saw them finishing seventh in the league with 25 points.
The short break, a club source stated, is necessary as it aimed at helping the players rest their limbs after 17 matches in the first round.
The Passioners would resume training at their club training grounds in Nzema Aiyinase on February 20 ahead of their trip to Dormaa for their matchday 18 showdown with Aduana Stars.
