The 2021/22 Western Regional Division Two football season will commence tomorrow Friday, March 11, at the various league centres.
This was announced at the Ordinary session of Congress by the Western Regional Football Association, (WRFA) in the capital city of Western North Region, Sefwi Wiawso on Friday, February 4,2022.
This year’s Division Two League will have about 140 clubs participating, with teams grouped into four zones.
Newly promoted Third Division clubs, Saada FC, Nhyiraba FC as well as King Bobo FC will have their first Division Two League opening game this weekend.
In line with the provision in the statuses of Ghana Football Association, which states that the football season starts on March 11.
The Western RFA is expected to complete all competitions under directives given by the governing body.
