Karela United will engage Tarkwa-based Medeama SC in a top matchday 21 clash of the Ghana Premier League (GPL) at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park on Friday.
Medeama beat the Passioners 2-0 in the first round replayed game, a result that hurt the coach in their title aspirations.
With the game which is expected to be tough, coach Bismark Kobi-Mensah and his charges will hope to atone for the defeat suffered in the hands off the Yellow and Mauves side.
Kobi-Mensah and his charges have already fired salvos at the guest, vowing to silence the Miners in front of the great Karela family.
‘It’s going to be huge game but we have prepared for it, forget about what happened last season, We’ll go all out to snatch all three points as revenge”.he told West End Radio.
Karela United are lying 9th on the league log with 28 points whiles regional rivals Medeama 5th on the league with 32 points after 20 games.
