At 3pm on Sunday, Samartex FC will kick off the most significant and important game in their 26-year history in Ghana Football against New Edubiase.
Coach Henry Wellington’s habit of calming the waters and focusing attention will be maintained, it is after all, what has carried the Timber Giants this far.
But, as they face New Edubiase, for the ultimate prize and the final day of the season, Samartex will still have a big task to carry on Sunday and the victory would mean so much more where they will end their 26-year exile from the topflight.
On Sunday which will be the coronation match to officially crown Samartex as champions of the Division One League Zone two, the Western North side have confirmed their readiness and can’t wait to host the biggest game in their history against Edubiase.
The coronation match comes off this Sunday at the Samartex park at exactly 3pm.
