The Passioners reclaimed their fourth spot on the League table after forcing out a stalemate with the Accra-based club.
The game ended both first half and second half goalless draw after impressive display by the teams.
Karela United will now sits at 4th position on the league log with 49 points whiles Legon Cities occupying 7th on the log with 46 points after 33 games.
