Samartex head coach Henry Wellington has revealed the blueprint for the historic moments behind Samartex 1996 Ghana Premier League qualification.
The timber Giants won 20 games, 8 draws, with just 2 defeats and had 68 points after 30 games.
Speaking to Domesticsportsgh.com, Henry Wellington detailed the secret behind his team success to win the league.
“Simply we planned for it with determination, hard work and dedication” we planned the GPL qualification from day one to day 30″ he stated.
The former Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko gaffer also discussed his tactics and plan used in the just ended Division One League Zone Two season.
“My players have been exceptional, made my work very easily, because they responded well to my tactics, in fact they well tactically Discipline throughout the campaign” he added.
The timber Giants earned promotion to the Ghana Premier for the first time in thier 26-year old history.
