Ghana Premier League newcomers, Samartex 1996 are lining up deals to improve on their squad for the upcoming season as they hope to do even better in their maiden campaign.
The Chief Executive Officer of Samartex, Richard Nana Nsenkyire Duah has announced that they will look to improve on their squad for their maiden campaign to propel.
The Timber Giants have lined up a deal for Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, Kwame Baah.

Samartex also have on their radar Kotoko midfielder Emmanuel Keyekeh who is a free agent and has expressed his willingness to play elsewhere.

The 2021/22 Division One League Zone Two champions have also been linked with former Hearts of Oak defender William Dankyi who left the Phobians after 5 seasons, with the defender willing to play for the club.

Nzema Kotoko defender Maxwell Kofi Kumadoh has also popped up on the table for the Samreboi-based club with the player also a free agent after ending his stay with Nzema based club.

Victor Aidoo who joins Hearts of Oak last two seasons from Samartex is also a target as the player said he will like to end his career at the club he grew up supporting.

These, will be some interesting signings for the Timber Giants who are hoping to announce their presence in the Ghana’s topflight after 26-year wait.
