The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association has found Skyy FC guilty for fielding unqualified player in the league game against Asokwa Deportivo and Nations FC, according to Onua Sports.
As your most reliable portal earlier confirmed, Skyy FC player Victor Edgan JNR’s had different FIFA ID’s and different Name which is not allowed in the competition’s regulations.
However, the said player was used in their game against Asokwa Deportivo and Nations FC.
Domesticsportsgh.com also reported that, Nations FC and Asokwa Deportivo were accusing winger Victor Edgan JNR of not having required Certification for a change in a name, and also using different FIFA ID Numbers ( 10FLEL5) and (1GEDWQ0) with a name Victor Mends in the second round, therefore, making him ‘unqualified’ to feature for the Skyy FC team.
” The player who now identifies himself as Victor Mends was christened, Victor Edgan Jnr.but has undergone a change of name on two occasions with two different FIFA ID’s , with one recognized by the FA”
So according to ruling, the DC have identified that the player has breached Article 33 of the Ghana Football Association Division One League regulations by failing to complete process to obtain legal Certification of his name changed.

According to reports sighted by Accra-based Onua Sports, Skyy FC have been deducted 6 points in their matches against Asokwa Deportivo and Nations.
