Hearts of Oak gaffer Martin Koopman is picking the positives from their 1-1 stalemate against Karela United at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium on Saturday.
The Phobians conceded in the 7th minute from Emmanuel Owuso Boakye’s header but fought back to level.
And again, it was Hamza Issah connecting well to Ibrahim Salifu’s corner kick in the 40th minute.
Koopman pointed out the difficulty in the game and picked the positives for their next encounter in the league.
“Difficult game.I saw a lot of fighting spirit from the two sides, especially Karela United I think it was not good for us”.
“We also showed fighting spirit but not enough to win the game, Hamza is in a fine run and it benefits his teammates”.
Hearts will play Hearts of Lions in their next game. The match week 5 fixture was postponed due to Sagakope park being affected by the Akosombo Dam spillage.
Lions have eventually moved their home duels to the Hohoe Park.
