The head coach of Cote D’Ivoire Jean-Louis Gassert has expressed his side’s readiness for the Afcon 2023 group A crucial game against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The Elephants will face their West African rivals Nigeria on Thursday at the Stade Alassane Quattara in Abidjan.
However, the 70-year old Portuguese tactician says they are prepared for the much anticipated game.
He has promised fans to expect three points from the players but nothing else.
“My boys are very much prepared for the game, It won’t be easy but hopefully they should look forward to three points. We will do our best and take the three points,” he said.
