It was the first loss of the Swedru-based side this season, having gone unbeaten in 14 games.

The visitors, who lead in Zone 2, drew first blood at the Obuasi Len Clay from the spot.

However, a second Yellow Card to Derrick Asamoah saw them reduced in number.

New Edubiase then took advantage of their numerical advantage to score twice, the first from Philip Amoh and the second from Edward Fobih, to secure all three points.

In the other matches in the zone, Sekondi Eleven Wise lost 0-1 at home to Future Stars while PAC Academy were held to a goalless draw by Sefwi All Stars.

Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs beat UCC Youngsters 2-1 away while Elmina Sharks failed to score in their 0-2 loss to Rospak FC.

King Faisal were 1-0 winners over Skyy FC while Soccer Intellectuals beat Bekwai Heroes 2-0 with Nzema Kotoko suffering a humiliating 4-1 home defeat to Asekem FC.

Swedru All Blacks’ next game will be against PAC Academy on Sunday.
