Recently appointed head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Cub, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, has stated that his vision for the club is one built on consistency and sustainability.
Dramani was appointed as Hearts head coach replacing Aboubakar Ouattara following the conclusion of the 2024-2025 season. Ouattara has since been re-assigned as a special advisor to the Hearts board.

Speaking officially for the first time since his appointment as Hearts unveiled its new look technical team, the former Kotoko head coach was quite clear about his vision for the club.
“I will try to understudy the vision of the board which represents the direction of the club and work to establish a clear path built on consistency and sustainability.”
“It is our responsibility to maintain that…with particular focus on implementing comprehensive technical programmes that will enhance both individual players and the team as a whole” Didi Dramani said.
Former Basake Holy Stars head coach Abdul Gazale will serve as an assistant coach under Dramani.
