Proud United Boss want the season to be called-off
Owner and President of Proud United football club Mr Jojo Duncan want the 2019-20 Ghana football season to be cancelled due to globally pandemic novel Coronavirus .
The astute division one league football administrator revealed this on Kyyzz Fm sports.
” Personally we need to take time and come out with good measures if we want the season to go on “but cancellation will be the proper ideal for us ”
The CoronaVirus pandemic has nearly decimated the Ghana football sector with all activities grinding to a halt since March 2020.
However there is a major decision to make as regards what happens to the suspended 2019-20 Ghana Football season.
” I think we are not ready enough to continue the season , medically are we safe , financially are we okay and socially are we comfortable ” he revealed this as well to West Fm in Elubo.
The Ghana FA is set to decide on the fate of the 2019-20 season before June 30.
