PHOTOS: Ebusua Dwarfs players undergo COVID-19 test ahead of GPL start
The Players, technical team and staffs of Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs have undergone a COVID-19 test ahead of the start of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
Dwarfs join a host of Ghana Premier League sides to undergo the tests as part of measures to ensure the coronavirus does not spread.
The Cape Coast based club are currently in pre-season and will host Lower Division side on Friday as part of preparations for the new season.
Players who test positive will be made to observe a 14 day self quarantine.
The Cape Coast Stadium which is the home grounds for Dwarfs has also been fumigated.
All necessary measures is being taken to ensure the spread of COVID-19 is curbed in the West African state.
Dwarfs begin their season with a home game against regional rivals Elmina Sharks.
