Sundowns coach Rhulani reveals vital Orlando Pirates info
Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach Rhulani Mokwena has revealed the information they have gathered on Orlando Pirates ahead of Saturday afternoon’s encounter.
Sundowns are set to host Pirates in the first DStv Premiership of 2021 at Loftus Stadium in Tshwane, with the Brazilians looking to move three points clear at the top.
Both clubs go the match unbeaten in the league this season, although the Brazilians sit five points above the Mighty Buccaneers who currently occupy fifth spot after seven games.
Mokwena believes that the short Christmas break has afforded the Brazilians more time to do their homework on the Soweto giants,
“We have gone to their last five or six even because we tried to check a bit on their [CAF Champions league] match against the team from Angola which was a slightly different team they put up in the domestic competition,” Mokwena told the media.
