Coach Evans Adotey’s side last lost a match in October 2018 during Senator Brigidi’s One  Week Celebration and have since completed three full campaigns without a league defeat since 2016.

Ahead of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier big showdown on Sunday against Medeama, we take a closer look at the ongoing run and the milestone the Passioners could reach.

The Aiyinase-based have come through the subsequent 54 home matches unscathed and will have achieve the landmark of 60 unbeaten if they avoid defeat against Medeama on Sunday.

This group is now within touching distance of overhauling the club’s best ever run of home league games without a loss at CAMP since it was commissioned on 7th February 2016.

Medeama, Asante Kotoko and others would be their potential opponents for a new record of 60 unbeaten.

In terms of Ghana Premier League era at the CAM park, their current steak is already comfortably the best-ever posted, but they remain a fair way off setting a fresh benchmark for the division.

Of those last 54 home games unbeaten at CAM Park, Karela United have won 52 and they dropped only two games at home to Sharks and Eleven Wonders in the entirety of the previous campaign.

In this year campaign, Karela United have amassed 15points with incredibly 5 games played at the fortress, and currently leading the table with 18points after 10 games.

Can Medeama break it? Samuel Enyan writes,,,, because This is CAM Park.
