Nzema Kotoko will have their new Park soon- Ghana Gas CEO assures
Dr Ben Asante, Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gas Company has assured Nzema Kotoko Board that the team will have their new Astro turf this year.
It would be recalled that Nzema Kotoko, the only Division One club in the coconut rich land, had to move from their home venue due to Club Licensing Board’s decision to reject their venue.
This has led to the Red Armies side playing their home games at the Akoon and Gyandu Park.
According to an official of the club statement, a report monitored by Domesticsportgh.com, Dr Ben Asante has told the board of the team that the works will be wrapped up next two month which means Nzema Kotoko will return to their new home grounds this year.
As it stands now, phase one of the project has been completed, the drainage system is under way which is expected to be completed in the coming days.
