Mane and Edourd Mendy’s Senegal thrash Zambia in international friendly
Teranga Lions of Senegal returned to action with a 3-1 victory over Zambia in a keenly contested friendly international in Thies.
Liverpool talisman Sadio Mane along with Idrissa Gueye, Kreptin Diatta and Kalidou Koulibaly all started against Chipolopolo.
Mane indeed got the ball rolling from the penalty spot and Diatta added to the equation before Ismaila Sarr compounded matters, whilst Dominic Chanda gave Zambia a consolation.
The Cape Verde Islands now lie and wait for the Teranga Lions on Tuesday, while Zambia travel to Benin.
