Ivory Coast Coach Admits Tough Ghana test
Coach Patrice Beuamille of Ivory Coast has admitted his side faces a daunting task to beat Ghana Black Stars in an international friendly on Saturday.
The Black Stars will be desperate for a win to put their hopes back on track after they stuttered against Morocco.
Ivory Coast, on the other hand were 2-1 victors when they met Burkina Faso in a friendly last Saturday.
“It will be difficult match because I saw the Morocco-Ghana match, they will be to react, and more over they will be play at home, As I said I wanted a home game and another away because you have to know how to travel to Africa, he told Fif-ci.com on Wednesday.
The two countries will use the match to prepare for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers which were rescheduled by CAF/FIFA to September over COVID-19 concerns.
The Black Stars host the Elephants of La Cote D’Ivoire on Saturday at the Cape Coast Stadium.
