Richard Berko was the star man of the day for Karela United as he sparkles for the Passioners in their 4-2 home win over Techiman Eleven Wonders.

Rejuvenated Samuel Atta Kumi started the operation for the Aiyinasi based outfits as he sloted home the opener for Karela United on the 3rd minute.

The goalscorer was replaced by Richard Berko on the 27th minute after sustaining an injury.

Berko scored Karela United second goal of the day with 8 minutes to end the first embers of the game.

Karela United left to the dressing room with two goals advantage.

The Passioners begun recess in a grande style with Richard Berko scoring his second and Karela United third goal of the day.

Wonders coach Yaw Acheampong made two tactical changes throwing in Abass Ganiu and Ibrahim Laar in place of Andrews Kuma and Abass Mohammed.

The duo combined very well to pull one back for the visitors with Ibrahim Laar scoring the goal on the 60th minute.

Karela United restored their three goals lead after Adu Dwomoh brought down Richard Berko in the 18-yard box with the resulting penalty perfectly converted by Umar Bashiru.

Abass Ganiu reduced XI Wonders deficit to 4-2 on the 82nd minute pouncing on a lose ball from Emmanuel Anaful.

The win has taken Karela United to 11th Position with 13 points after eleven matches in the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign.
