In a game where both teams had equal chances of winning according to the odds, neither side could get on the scoresheet although both teams created a number of goal-scoring opportunities.
The second half was more of the same until Kelvin Andoh was presented with a fantastic opportunity in the 82nd minute.
The former WA All Stars and Asante Kotoko forward made no mistake as he buried his effort to put Karela United into the lead.
