Inkoom’s contract with Georgian club Torpedo Kutaisi expired in January this year, making him a free agent.

In early March, he began training with Hearts of Oak. Inkoom has impressed the technical staff, and he has been given a one-year contract.

The right-back last played in the Ghanaian top-flight for Kotoko. He helped the Porcupine Warriors win the league in 2009, before securing a move outside the country.

The 32-year-old helped Ghana win U-20 FIFA World Cup in 2009 before becoming a Black Stars regular.

Inkoom played 44 times for Black Stars and recorded one goal. He was a member of the Black Stars squads for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
