Champions Cote D’Ivoire have arrived in Accra for the 2022 WAFU B U17 Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The Ivorian teams hopes to defend the title they won at the last edition in Togo but face competition from Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Benin and host Ghana.

Also, in Ghana for the tournament are the Golden eaglets of Nigeria, Niger and Burkina Faso. The four teams were met on arrival by officials of the Local Organizing Committee led by chairman Samuel Anim Addo.

The WAFU B U17 Cup of Nations qualifiers is scheduled for the Cape Coast Stadium from Saturday, June 11 to Friday June 24, 2022.
